Favorite Christmas CD's Part 2

If you missed part 1 of my favorite CD's for Christmas you can find it here! Here are five more that I enjoy listening to during the holiday's.

I absolutely LOVE Michael Buble's CD entitled Christmas. He does duets with The Puppini Sisters, Shania Twain, and Naturally 7. My favorite song on this album is Cold December Night.

David Archuleta's Christmas from the Heart has a nice blend of upbeat songs, and slow songs. He also does an incredible job on Ave Maria.

Amy Grant's Home for Christmas is one that I almost always listen to first when I pull my CD's out. I was first attracted to this CD because it has Grown Up Christmas List on it which is one of my favorite songs. I also love Breath of Heaven.

Let the Yuletide Ring has the entire Nutcracker Suite on it. As a Nutcracker collector, I had to get the entire suite on CD.

The Martin's Light of the World is by far my favorite Christian Christmas CD. They do Christmas like only the Martin's can, with incredible family harmony!

Cooking for a Crowd: Spaghetti Sauce

My family likes to save money when we have parties. One way to do so is to cook everything ourselves, instead of hiring a caterer. Today, I wanted to give you a recipe for spaghetti sauce that will feed a crowd. This recipe is best made in an 18 quart roast pan. We bought most of our sauces and tomato paste at Costco. Ingredients: 2 onions 3 cans diced tomatoes 2 #10 cans of tomato sauce 1 #10 can on spaghetti sauce 1 heaping tsp of garlic minced 2 (28 oz) cans of crushed tomatoes 4 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste 1 tsp sugar Onion and garlic salt, italian seasoning, parsley, oregano to taste 1 pound of each: ground meat, hot and sweet sausage Look at the deliciousness! In a skillet brown your meat and sausage in a little oil. Once browned place off to the side.
