Buffalo Plaid OOTD

 I think that if y ou have been following this blog for any length of time, you know my love of buffalo plaid. I’ve wrapped my Christmas presents in buffalo plaid paper for the past 2 years, I have a purse with that print on it, my aunt got me reusable shopping bags with the print on it, and I have about 5 different forms of the print in my closet. Obsessed. This shirt was gifted to me by my parents for Christmas, and I have had my eye on it for such a long time! This came from Wal-Mart, and not only is it cute, but comfortable as well. It is almost like a lace material with an underlay . I paired it with my favorite Lane Bryant leggings, and simple black flat boots. I accessorized with a long tassel necklace and earrings, also from Wal-Mart.

My family likes to save money when we have parties. One way to do so is to cook everything ourselves, instead of hiring a caterer. Today, I wanted to give you a recipe for spaghetti sauce that will feed a crowd. This recipe is best made in an 18 quart roast pan. We bought most of our sauces and tomato paste at Costco. YouTube-a-palooza

*Warning: this will be a long post, and picture heavy!*  :) Strictly based on the title alone I should have caught your attention! Sunday was the Alex Goot concert. It was at bar in Pittsburgh, and there were about 5 acts to the show!  You definitely got your money's worth! I went with my cousin, Allie (you can find her blog here! ) and it was just a fun girls night! The show was in a bar which used to be an old church, so it was very pretty inside. We got there around 6,  parked, and only had to stand in line for 10 minutes before we got to go inside. When we went in, we got our tickets scanned and  BAM , there was Landon Austin and Luke Conard at their merchandise table. So, because I somehow gained oodles of confidence*, Allie and I went over and I said "Hi Landon!"  He said "hi" back and asked me my name. High Five for Friday

Friday is here again! It is always a wonderful way to bring in the weekend. Here is what I loved this week. 1. I made another visit to Freedom Farms. I bought some apples, and bread. 2. I absolutely loved my Birchbox and Ipsy bags this month! The Ipsy review is coming tomorrow! 3. I am subbing today and I got to wear my jeans to school. I love days like that. 4.
