What's On: Your Bucket List

How many times have you said this phrase: "On my bucket list, I'd do this____." I know that I most certainly have! Who wouldn't love to pick things to do if money or time wasn't an issue?  This gives us just the right reason to dream! I loved writing this post as a link up with Andrea!

I guess you could call my bucket list random to say the least. There are places I'd love to travel to, sporting events I'd love to attend, and people I'd love to meet. So let me share my bucket list with you!
They didn't play UNC here.

1.) Attend a Duke/UNC game at Cameron Indoor Stadium: If you are a Duke fan, this should be number one on your list! Getting a tickets to this even is tough, Cameron only seats 9,314 people! Oh, but one day I'd love to shout and cheer during the Battle of Tobacco Road!

2.) Go on a Humpback Whale watching cruise: Ever since my 4th grade teacher taught a unit on whales, I have wanted to go on a humpback whale cruise. They are just beautiful animals, and so majestic as they breech out of the water. I'd love to be able to see this up close and personal!

3.) Travel: I love to travel to these places; Ireland, Prague, Bora Bora, Belize, Croatia, and Hawaii. I've done some research on these places, and they look absolutely breathtaking. I think it is fun to learn about new places and cultures!

First time in Consol!
4.) Sit front row at a Bon Jovi concert: My mom and I have this deal where if we would ever get this opportunity, this would be our last concert of theirs. You can't top sitting front row!

5.) Attend the College Basketball National Championship Game: As a sports fan, this would be the ultimate experience! Watching the last 4 teams remaining battle it out for a shot at the National Championship. Then, watching the final two teams go at it to win the ultimate prize! There is nothing better!

Marc Andre Fleury and I! (Goalie for the Pens!)
6.) Sit behind the Pens bench for a game: I did this one time, and I was too young to care! When you are close, you can hear the line shifts being called out, watch the strategy between players, and get an up close view of the great skating and stick handling.  As another side note, I'd love to be able to meet more professional athletes as well. I've been luck to meet a few, and they have all been so nice, and accommodating!

So this is my bucket list! I'd love to see what is on yours! Please leave me a comment and let me know, so I can check out your list too!

Cooking for a Crowd: Spaghetti Sauce

My family likes to save money when we have parties. One way to do so is to cook everything ourselves, instead of hiring a caterer. Today, I wanted to give you a recipe for spaghetti sauce that will feed a crowd. This recipe is best made in an 18 quart roast pan. We bought most of our sauces and tomato paste at Costco. Ingredients: 2 onions 3 cans diced tomatoes 2 #10 cans of tomato sauce 1 #10 can on spaghetti sauce 1 heaping tsp of garlic minced 2 (28 oz) cans of crushed tomatoes 4 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste 1 tsp sugar Onion and garlic salt, italian seasoning, parsley, oregano to taste 1 pound of each: ground meat, hot and sweet sausage Look at the deliciousness!  In a skillet brown your meat and sausage in a little oil. Once browned place off to the side. Combine your onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes. *Sweat your onions down first, then add the garlic. Then your tomatoes.* Open your tomato sauces and spaghetti sauces (w...
