Fall Fashion Inspiration

Ladies, I wish I could say I was all prepared for a What I Wore post this week. I just can't remember to take photos. I need to get better at that. So, I am going to rely on good ol' Pinterest for today's post. I am starting to think of some Fall clothing, I have a few items in my online shopping carts. I continue to question why I am thinking about Fall right now. This is what I am loving at the moment.

Workout Wear:

When you get the right workout gear you want to show it off! Go (work)OUT! Athletic workout apparelIt is widely known that I love the color pink. This workout gear would be absolutely perfect for me! That hoodie is so stinking cute!

Work Appropriate Style:

Cute work outfit - Burgundy pants, black blouse with cream polka dots, neutral heels This outfit is great because it shows off Pantone's color of the year, Marsala! Those shoes are cute, and I feel like I might be able to wear those!

Casual Weekend Style:

Winter fashion wear for women: Perfect Fall Work Outfit. Layered button up with a gray V-neck sweater, jeans, and chunky jewelry This outfit screams casual weekend to me! I love the dark denim, the chambray shirt underneath the gray adds just a little pop! The statement necklace adds a touch of femininity. I feel like I could go apple picking or to a fall festival in this outfit!

I'm linking up with the Pleated Poppy today!

Cooking for a Crowd: Spaghetti Sauce

My family likes to save money when we have parties. One way to do so is to cook everything ourselves, instead of hiring a caterer. Today, I wanted to give you a recipe for spaghetti sauce that will feed a crowd. This recipe is best made in an 18 quart roast pan. We bought most of our sauces and tomato paste at Costco. Ingredients: 2 onions 3 cans diced tomatoes 2 #10 cans of tomato sauce 1 #10 can on spaghetti sauce 1 heaping tsp of garlic minced 2 (28 oz) cans of crushed tomatoes 4 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste 1 tsp sugar Onion and garlic salt, italian seasoning, parsley, oregano to taste 1 pound of each: ground meat, hot and sweet sausage Look at the deliciousness!  In a skillet brown your meat and sausage in a little oil. Once browned place off to the side. Combine your onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes. *Sweat your onions down first, then add the garlic. Then your tomatoes.* Open your tomato sauces and spaghetti sauces (w...

Christmas/New Year's Recap

First, I just want to say that I have absolutely no pictures from Christmas. I'm terrible, I know. In my defense, I was sick all through Christmas and just wasn't feeling "it." I do however, have pictures of some of the gifts I received and New Year's. Christmas Eve dinner was hosted by my parents and I. We had lasagna, wedding soup, salad, bread, and Italian butter. I made a homemade alfredo sauce to go along with the lasagna. I also made the Italian butter, and attempted to make my homemade French bread. This year, the bread did not turn out. For dessert, I made white chocolate raspberry shooters. They were SO good! I will do a recipe on those when I make them again! After everything was cleaned up, we honestly just relaxed. I would have liked to have gone to Christmas Eve service at our church, but I was coughing, clearing my throat every 5 minutes, and blowing my nose every 10. I was a hot mess. My grandparents came back out to our house after church and w...
